The truth is, effective IT risk management actually creates a competitive advantage for organizations. But how can resource-strapped IT risk teams execute this properly while also championing a risk-driven culture?

In this on-demand webinar, IT risk professionals Nick Bettes and Chris Edwards from international law firm King & Spalding, share their journey of implementing IT risk management technology to increase the impact and efficiency of their small department. They also discuss which communication tactics were most successful in building trust and accountability with their stakeholders.
